Stress can play a big part in multiple sclerosis, unfortunately, we all have it & we each deal with it in our own way. For me, a way to deal with stress is simply to remember to be grateful. Grateful for who I am, knowing God created me and He doesn't make mistakes! Also, being grateful for what I have, my family is on top of the list (like most people).
