Stress can play a big part in multiple sclerosis, unfortunately, we all have it & we each deal with it in our own way. For me, a way to deal with stress is simply to remember to be grateful. Grateful for who I am, knowing God created me and He doesn't make mistakes! Also, being grateful for what I have, my family is on top of the list (like most people). MS and Incontinence

After reading about MS & incontinence on the BioRelief.com website I just had to share my
story. ~ Although I began experiencing bladder issues about a year after I was
diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (in 2000) it took me years - 5 years before I began
using a catheter. Like most people, I had some mental issues to work out about using
catheters.
