What is a CleanButt BidetSpa? |

A CleanButt BidetSpa is an electronic toilet seat that attaches to your existing toilet bowl. It replaces most current toilet seats and fits on either an elongated or round styled toilet bowl. The BidetSpa has many functions including posterior wash, feminine wash, enema wash, and warm air drying. |

How does the BidetSpa work? |
| |

When you push the desired wash button, the 3 in 1 nozzle automatically extends itself and sprays a gentle stream of warm water towards the preferred area for approximately 2 minutes or until you push the Stop button. Before and after each use, this nozzle will automatically cleanse itself. |

It depends on the brand and dimensions of your toilet bowl. The BidetSpa was designed to fit most two-piece toilet bowls and many one-piece. Please check the specifications and dimensions of both our round and elongated versions or call one of our helpful CleanButt customer service representatives for further assistance. |

Do I need an electrician to install the CleanButt BidetSpa? |

Maybe! We recommend you to have a GCFI (Ground Circuit Fault Interrupter) electrical socket within reach of the BidetSpa's 4ft power cord. If you do not, we recommend you hire an electrician to install this required electrical socket.

What if I have hard water or well water, can I still use the BidetSpa in my home? |
| |

Yes you can. Please check and clean the water filter on the BidetSpa at least once a week for optimum results! As you probably already know, home water softeners filter much of the sediment and can help reduce calcium and lime build-up within the unit. Check with your water department or have your well checked regularly and carefully maintain your CleanButt BidetSpa as you would any other water appliance in your home! |

How do I clean the CleanButt BidetSpa? |

Cleaning the BidetSpa is easy. First, for safety reasons, you should unplug the unit! You may then simply use a water dampened cloth or you may also use a dampened cloth with a little diluted dishwashing soap. Just be sure the main unit behind the bowl does not get wet. |

Which economy power choice is right for me? |
| |
|
Although the BidetSpa doesn’t consume much power, it does offer the homeowner 3 power choices. ‘Always On’ maintains the seat and water temperature from the last use 24 hours a day. Economy Level 1 simply turns the BidetSpa on when the seat is occupied. It takes about 3 to 4 minutes to heat up the seat and water temperatures to your desired level. Economy Level 2 will actually learn the daily toilet use routines over a 4 day period and schedule itself to be turned on during those more frequently used times. In both Economy Levels, the water and seat temperatures remain at room temperature when not in use. |
